The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate has compiled and published all the views received on the ‘Gas Production N05-A’ Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
What happens next?
The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate will soon be sending an advisory report on the scope and level of detail to ONE-Dyas. This advice takes into account the views and legal advice of the EIA Committee and others. Partly on the basis of this advice, the environmental impact report (EIR) will be drawn up by Royal HaskoningDHV.
ONE-Dyas is expected to send the EIR and the permit applications for the platform, the pipeline and the extraction plan to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate in the spring of 2020. The EIR, together with the draft decisions on the permit applications, will then be made available for inspection and views can be submitted. During this inspection period, drop-in meetings will be organised to provide stakeholders with further information.
