On 23 April 2021, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Change made the draft permit decision, the draft permits and the environmental impact report for gas production project N05-A available for public inspection. From Friday 23 April 2021 to Thursday 3 June 2021, anyone can respond to the draft permission decision and the draft permits by submitting a view.
The following draft decisions and applications are now available for inspection:
- Draft permit on the basis of the Environmental Permitting (General Provisions) Act (Wabo). In preparation for this permit, an environmental impact report (MER) was drawn up to thoroughly examine potential effects on the environment. The permit for the Nature Conservation Act will be included in the Wabo permit. To test the activity against the Wnb, an Appropriate Assessment (PB) has been drawn up to map out the effects on nature reserves and protected (animal) species. The Minister of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality (LNV) has issued a declaration of no objection.
- Draft permit for the construction of a pipeline and cable on the basis of the Mining Act.
- Draft permit dession for the extraction plan based on the Mining Act. For this permit an extraction plan and a subsidence prognosis have been submitted.
